Business automation and AI
Automation and AI for the work you do every day
Reports, data entry, documents and incoming enquiries. I help you hand recurring tasks over to software. We start with one workflow and check the result before you decide what to do next.
Describe a task to automateStart with the work you repeat most often
Show me how the task works today: where information comes from, who checks it and where it goes next. I suggest which steps we could connect or run automatically.
AI can help extract information from documents, sort messages by topic and draft replies. Tasks with fixed rules often only need conventional automation. We choose an approach and test it on agreed examples.
When can I help?
A useful starting point is a specific situation you want to change.
-
The same data keeps getting copied
Information from messages and files is entered by hand into spreadsheets, a CRM or another app.
-
Reports take up part of the day
You download data, check for gaps and put the report together from scratch each time.
-
Documents are waiting to be read
Someone has to review every file, find the relevant fields and pass the details on.
-
Enquiries need manual sorting
Similar messages need a topic, an owner and a reply prepared for them.
What can I build for you?
We choose the parts your project needs and include them in the quote.
-
Scheduled reports
Collecting data, checking for missing information and sending reports on a schedule.
-
Data transfers and notifications
Moving information between systems and sending reminders when something needs attention.
-
An AI pilot using your examples
Document extraction, message classification or draft replies with a review step.
-
Visibility into each task
An activity history, error notifications and a list of items that need manual checking.
Is this the right step for your business?
We consider the problem, the cost of solving it and what your current tools can do.
Let’s talk if:
- the task happens regularly and takes a noticeable amount of time,
- you can provide sample data to test the solution,
- someone can review the results and handle exceptions.
A different first step may be enough if:
- the task is rare and only takes a few minutes,
- you haven’t yet agreed on how the workflow should operate,
- the necessary data access or permission to use a service is missing.
A conversation first. Then a clear plan.
Before work begins, we agree on what I’ll build, what it will cost and how we’ll check that it does what you need.
-
Show me the problem
Tell me how you work and what takes up your time. I’ll ask about your tools, data and the result you need.
-
Review the proposal
I set out the scope, quote and stages, including third-party running costs and anything we still need to check.
-
Try it as it takes shape
I show you working parts of the solution. We test agreed examples and gather feedback from the people who will use it.
-
Put it to work
I launch the system, show you how to use it and hand over the agreed documentation. We then discuss any next steps.
What do we agree on before starting?
For the pilot, we agree on what to measure: handling time, accuracy and the number of results that need correction. The test gives you evidence for a rollout decision.
Before using AI, we agree on which data goes to which service, who has access and which actions need approval. Incorrect results should be possible to spot and correct.
The quote covers the build, while the maintenance plan also considers tool subscriptions, AI usage and changes over time. The automation must flag missing data and unavailable systems.
Which task would you like to take off your list?
Tell me what you do manually, how often and which tools you use. I’ll suggest what we could test first.
